PLANO PTA NIGHT WITH THE TEXAS LEGENDS

Kick-off the Thanksgiving Break with this family engagement event. Please share in your newsletters, by Facebook, and through all other forms of PTA communication.

The Texas Legends and NTTData would like to host Plano PTAs at their season home opener on Saturday, November 18. Start your Thanksgiving Break by having fun with your family at the Legend game. Each $10 ticket sold will return $10 to the local PTA noted on the order! How sweet is that!? A donation by NTTData makes it possible for the entire ticket price to be returned to the local PTA. Ticket price does not include the processing fee or parking. Fliers in English and Spanish attached. Go towww.groupmatics.events/planoisdptas by November 17 to purchase your tickets.

THE LLAMAS OF SHANGRILLAMA

If you missed the deadline to order your signed copy, limited quantities of The Llamas of ShangriLlama are in stock. You may drop your order form and check off at the front office.

What would you do if your child wanted a dog, a cat, a rabbit or a hamster? How about a reptile? What if your child wanted a LLAMA?

That’s what happened when a little boy fell in love with llamas. He asked his mom if he could have not one, not two, but five llamas—a whole pack! His mother said yes, if he first learned about them. Follow the adventure of this little boy as he shares 30 interesting facts about llamas from head to toe. Find out the funny names he gives his llamas that come to live at ShangriLlama Farm. And don’t forget to search for the llama beans hidden on every page!

PROUD TO BE A HEALTHY ZONE SCHOOL

Wyatt has been promoted to a Healthy Zone School, making it one of only 161 North Texas schools to participate in this prestigious program. Through this program, United Way of Metropolitan Dallas and The Cooper Institute select schools to be recognized for their excellence in health programs. School selection is based on the school’s physical activity programs, nutrition policies and health promotions. This year Wyatt will receive $1500 for use in purchasing PE equipment as well as health and nutrition related materials for students and staff. Thanks Wyatt community for supporting our efforts to be healthy.

2017-2018 YEARBOOKS ~ ORDER TODAY
